• Master of Precision – Your measurements are exact, your cuts are clean, and your finish work is flawless.
• Blueprint Whisperer – You can interpret technical drawings and bring complex designs to life with ease.
• Finish Carpentry Expert – Trim, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, caulking, and painting—you're a pro at all of it.
• Deadline-Driven & Task-Oriented – You work with urgency, stay focused, and get the job done right the first time.
• Hands-On Problem Solver – Challenges don’t slow you down; you adapt, troubleshoot, and keep moving forward.
• Built for Hard Work – You can lift, maneuver, and install heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) without breaking a sweat.
• Process-Focused & Detail-Obsessed – You follow structured workflows but always look for ways to improve efficiency.

Experience:

• 4+ years of carpentry, framing, and finish work experience
• Master of the details – Trim, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, caulking, and painting are second nature to you.
• Comfortable working with both wood & metal framing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle materials with ease
• A get-it-done attitude and relentless drive for craftsmanship

Bonus Points If You Have…

• CFC, CR, LEED, NOCTI, or NAHB certification
• OSHA safety training
• Forklift experience (because driving heavy machinery is just fun)

• Master Finisher – Frame it, trim it, paint it, install it—if it’s in the final stages, it’s in your hands.

• Quality Control Machine – “Good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary—you ensure every last detail meets ROXBOX standards.
• Safety & Organization Guru – Keep your workspace clean, your tools in check, and safety top of mind.

Job Details:

• Location: On-site near FM 529 Rd & US 290 (Houston, TX)
• Employment Type: Full-time, hourly with benefits
• Compensation Range: $22 - 32 / hour DOE
