We get steady inbound interest and qualified opportunities every week—not just leads, but big, complex B2B projects that need a high-energy, confident closer to educate and seal the deal. What You’ll Do:

  • Turn warm inbound demand into signed contracts — fast, clean, and confident
  • Lead high-stakes sales conversations that uncover needs and create urgency
  • Own your pipeline in HubSpot with disciplined tracking and relentless follow-through
  • Partner with design, engineering, and estimating to shape sharp, competitive proposals
  • Negotiate smart, close hard, and keep deals moving without babysitting
  • Educate clients on modular scope, timelines, budgets, and process so trust stays high
  • Build repeat and referral business by becoming the client’s go-to partner
  • Stay ahead of market shifts, competitors, and new opportunities worth chasing
  • Improve the sales-to-production handoff, so projects launch smoothly every time

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • 3+ years of winning full-cycle sales experience; construction/modular/prefab background strongly preferred
  • Proven closer — you’ve sold complex, high-value projects and know how to drive a deal to yes
  • High-energy, self-directed, competitive; you don’t need hand-holding to hit numbers
  • Confident communicator who can lead rooms and handle technical conversations with credibility
  • Strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Comfortable in the field — on calls, on sites, and in front of decision-makers
  • Collaborative by nature, but wired to take ownership and push outcomes
  • Resilient and adaptable in multi-stakeholder, longer-cycle sales

Compensation & Details:

  • Base salary: $75,000 – $95,000 DOE
  • Uncapped commissions with realistic potential to exceed $140,000+ annually
  • Full-time role with benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO)
  • Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings/weekends as needed
  • Reports to Chief Executive Officer
  • On-site in Houston, TX
    • Role is national in scope but based in Houston, with travel for client meetings and trade shows
