Administrative Assistant – Be the Backbone That Keeps Everything Running

ROXBOX is looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives on structure, consistency, and connection. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a growing team, juggling a variety of responsibilities, and creating order in a fast-moving, people-driven environment.

What You’ll Own & Support

  • Front Desk & First Impressions - Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for guests, calls, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Coordination - Manage meetings, calendars, and conference room scheduling to keep teams aligned and on track.
  • Office Supplies & Purchasing - Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage purchasing so the office runs smoothly without interruption.
  • Meeting Support & Follow-Up - Attend meetings to capture notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Vendor Setup & Data Entry - Enter and maintain vendor information in QuickBooks and internal systems with accuracy and consistency.
  • New Employee Onboarding Support - Assist with onboarding logistics by setting up new hires in systems, coordinating access, and helping create a smooth first-day experience.
  • Administrative & Operational Support - Provide day-to-day administrative assistance across departments, keeping documentation, communication, and processes organized and up to date.

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Familiarity with general office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.)

Compensation & Details

  • Full-time position with benefits
  • Monday–Friday schedule. 7:30am - 4:30pm CST
  • On-site in Houston (77041)
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
